FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

It's my first time taking a spin class, will I be able to keep up? 

We encourage all fitness levels, whether you're riding for the first time or a seasoned rider, you'll sure be challenged by our instructors. It's your ride, you get out of it what you put in so pedal like you mean it.

Do I need to reserve my bike in advance?

We strongly suggest you reserve your bike online or through our APP that can be found in the app store on both Apple and Android, to ensure you will be able to ride with us. You will be able to reserve your bike one week prior to the ride.

When should I arrive if I am taking my first ride? 

Please, arrive to the studio 5-10 minutes prior to start so we can ensure your receive proper bike set up, learn the hand positions, technique and form from our instructor, for you to have a successful ride. 

What should I wear? 

Comfort is key here! Leggings or Capri's that are not too loose as extra material could get in the way. You may also want to wear a tank top or short sleeve shirt: you will sweat, a lot. And a firm soled running shoe. 

Do you provide shoes? 

We do not provide cycling shoes. Our bikes have cages for running shoes and SPD clips for cycling shoes. We recommend a firm soled running shoe for a comfortable ride, if you do not own your own cycling shoes.

How does the waitlist work? 

We know the feeling when the ride you want is FULL. Don't get discouraged, as the waitlist tends to move! Add yourself to the waitlist and keep an eye out to see if you made it into the ride. 

What is the cancellation/no show policy? 

The cancellation policy is 3 hours prior to the start of the ride. If you fail to cancel before this time period or do not show up for your scheduled ride, you will either forfeit the class if you purchased a pack of classes or be charged $10 if you are monthly unlimited. 

What happens if I'm running late? 

We will allow clients to come into class up to 5 minutes. After 5 minutes from the start time of class, we will not allow you to take class and ask you to reschedule your ride. This is to ensure all of our riders get the most out of their rides with little to no disruptions. 

Do you provide towels?  

Yes, we provide small towels for your convenience to use during your ride. We do just ask you drop them in the hamper on your way out so we can continue this service for you each and every ride.

Am I able to use my cell phone during the ride? 

No cell phone use while on the bike as it distracts the instructor and other riders but, it also takes away from your own experience.
