What are the Kids Play Lounge Hours?
We will be offering this service for all classes except 5:30 AM Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Do I need to reserve the Kids Play Lounge in advance?
Reservations are REQUIRED as space is very limited. You must register your child/children for the Kids Play Lounge 12 HOURS prior to the start of class to ensure we are properly staffed. For your convenience, you will be able to reserve the Play Lounge 1 week in advance on the MindBody APP.
How does the waitlist work?
If your child/children is/are placed on the waitlist, it is assumed you want to use our Kids Play Lounge service. If you are moved from the waitlist and placed in this service, you now have a spot/spots reserved for the scheduled time. By placing yourself on the waitlist, you are securing your spot/spots over another client. It is your responsibility to attend this service, if you are moved from the waitlist into the scheduled class. If you do not attend, the cancellation policy will apply. You will be able to check the status of your child/children on the MindBody App.
What is the cancellation/no show policy?
The cancellation policy is 3 hours prior to the start of the ride. If you have reserved Play Lounge and fail to cancel 3 hours before the start of class, you will forfeit your Play Lounge Pass.
Kids Play Lounge Policies and Procedures
Child/Children must be potty trained through 13 years of age. Parents must remain in Full Cycle Studio while their child/children is/are in the Play Lounge. Only children of Full Cycle Studio Clients will be permitted in the Play Lounge. Parents are required to sign in and out with their child/children at each visit at the Play Lounge. Child/Children with any visible signs of sickness will not be permitted. These symptoms include but are not limited to: runny nose with yellow or green mucus, fever, wet cough, pink eye, rashes, lice, ringworm, etc. Our staff will not administer any type of medication. Due to food allergies, food or drinks are not permitted in the Play Lounge. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. In these circumstances, parents will be notified immediately. If your child/children is/are inconsolable for more than 15 minutes, parents will be notified and asked to return to the Play Lounge.
